    Antique Burgon & Ball, Pat. 294, Wool Sheep Metal Shears. These antique Sheep Wool Shearers are part of a family antique collection.  The stamp on the side reads "Burgon & Ball, Pat. 294 BB".  The shearers are 12 1/2 inches long.  The width of the spring section is 1 3/8 inches.  They weigh 13 oz.  They still slide nicely as if they could still cut wool.  Please see pictures for details and quality.
