This 2 layer skirt has a wired fishline chiffon topskirt and an organdy underskirt so it looks full and yet moves nice, in original   manufacturer's packaging (Wolff Fording & Co), The waist is a  is a silver foiled spandex.Just pull it over any leotard to instantly create a costume. Very flashy for dance, or theatrical purposes. I have various sizes offered here in  girls and ladies sizes.
