    Description

    These were never actually used as I understand.  Someone bought them for a Pomeranian Dog, tried to use them, and scared the daylights out of him.
    The equipment matches up with the story.  The cord is still wrapped as it was when purchased... The only thing that seems to be missing is a bottle of oil that came with it.  It was supposed to come with two, and their is only one.
